The 3X3X3 Scheme is an exploratory research project addressing the issue of reducing the fee paid for land in order to construct a building, focusing on the young professional market.

The concept is to limit the footprint of the development to 3metres in width. The restrictive width is to explore a narrow but tall design narrative.

Consequently the slab-slab height is 4 metres on each floor. This is to create a sense of space drawing the eyes and height vertically due to its glazed north-south axial orientation.

The scheme also has 3 main living zones namely: (1) The Ground Floor, (2) First floor and (3) The flat roof area

The scheme is also a prototype where many versions can be derived, from the 1 Bed, 3metres wide frontage to the 5Bed, 18metres wide family homes and duplexes with basement construction incorporating Gym, Sauna and Cinema Room.
